Centre yourself with the power of nature As the countryside awakens in spring, the urge to get out into the open air gets ever stronger and draws us out into the great outdoors and the spring air. “Active and healthy in spring” is the order of the day in the Alpe di Siusi holiday area. A variety of training sessions and workshops on the theme of health, balance, nutritious diet, optimal training techniques and equipment will ensure you have all the basics you need to get the fresh air and hiking and running season off to a good start.
The events, walks and guided tours take place every week from 30 April to 27 June 2018, and are suitable for both adults and children from the age of 14 and up. To take part in these events, you must first book at the tourist offices of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area. All guestes, locals and interested persons are welcome!

Our expert Rudi will analyse your feet and give you an advice about the right hiking and running shoe for you. You will also have the opportunity to analyse running, hiking and mountaineering footwear at the test corner. At the “self-test” you will have the chance to ascertain how your running style affects your body, discover what a difference the right pair of shoes makes, and learn how greatly your feet affect your wellbeing.

The power of nature leads us along this trail and right through to our deepest selves, setting out from the Laghetto di Fiè Lake, on through a stretch of virgin woodland and in to the core of our being. Through mindful breathing practice and the ethereal perfume gifted to us by the trees, our immune systems are fortified. And through the messages of the woods that come to us through Nature Response®, we reconnect with the essential to find inner peace and grounding in our daily lives.
Morning daybreak walk & run with breakfast
2 May – 20 June 2018 – every Wednesday from 6 to 8 a.m.
What could be better than watching the sun rise as you enjoy a spot of keep-fit? Early risers are rewarded with clear, fresh air and the tranquillity of the morning to get the day off to a good start, particularly in spring when nature is astir once more. A walking and running group make their way from Siusi through the Telfen woods. After a refreshing balance drink in the wood and a stretching session to wind down, a breakfast will be served on the “King’s Vantage Point” with its royally good views over the Isarco Valley and the Renon plateau.
“The Five Tibetans®” – Balance and energy for the whole body
3 May – 21 June 2018 – every Thursday from 7.30 to 9.00 a.m.
The “Five Tibetans®” is a series of five exercises for body and spirit. Their effect is holistic: The body is trained, metabolism boosted, immune system and hormone release harmonised, detoxification stimulated… and best of all: the exercises are easy for everybody and quick to learn.
Furthermore, the rustle of leaves on the Calvary hill with its meditative atmosphere, awaken all the senses. A simple, efficient method of caring for your body and bringing your whole being into balance.
Wood-walk/run – the positive effects of the wood
4 May – 22 June 2018 – every Friday from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m.
Hiking and running through the woods is not only packed with variety, the wood-air is beautifully perfumed with the resin of the trees, a scent which is wonderful for the airways. Separated in two groups – a walking and a running group – our experts Egon and Rudi will lead you through the woods until Völsegg and back to the village of Tires. On the way they will show you, how to get strength out of the wood to use for the daily routine. At the end of the session, a refreshing Balance drink will be served at the village fountain. In addition, you can enjoy a relaxing footbath with swiss stone pine oil and all with a breathtaking view over the Catinaccio mountain.
Nature: the fitness studio for old and young
5 May – 23 June 2018 – every Saturday from 8.30 to 10 a.m.
The countryside surrounding the Peterbühel, a hill in the village and the oldest settlement in Fiè, is a nature fitness studio and rewards you with fresh spring air. So that means step-training on a bench, push-ups against a tree or simply balance training as you press your whole weight down into the changing terrain underfoot. Take a relaxing jog to round off your workout. Our functional fitness trainer will help you to improve your skills. At the end of the session, a refreshing Balance drink will be served at the village fountain.
